Hara Bhara Kabab
Potato-3 no(boiled and mashed)
Spinach-20 leaves
Green Peas-3/4 cup(boiled and mashed)
Green chillies-2 no(cut to half and then minced)
Garlic-1/4 tsp(minced)
Ginger-1 tsp(minced)
Coriander leaves-2 tbsp(chopped)
Salt to taste
Cornflour-2 tbsp
Garam Masala-1/4 tsp
Chaat masala-1 tsp
Cashew nuts as needed
Oil to fry
Method Of Preparation:
1. Blanch the spinach in boiling water with salt for 5 mins,drain and rinse with cold water,chop finely.
2. Mix all the ingredients except oil without water and make small balls of that dough,press between palms to form tikkis.
3. Dust in cornflour,and place half of a cashew and press slightly then deep fry in hot oil on both sides for about 3 to 4 mins.Drain to a kitchen paper and serve hot with sauce.
Tips:
1. If needed you can add more spinach,then if you find difficulty in forming tikkis add little cornflour for binding.
