Onion Bhaji/fritters

Onion fritters is a common recipe which is very easy to make and yummy to taste...Here is the recipe for that...We like it crispy so I made it like this...you can also find it in thick flat forms...

Onion-2 no(thinly sliced)
Ginger-1 tsp(minced)
Green chillies-2 no(cut to small pieces)
Chickpea flour/Besan-1 to 1 nd 1/2 cup
Water to form thick paste.
Salt to taste.
Oil to fry

Method Of Preparation:
1. combine onion, ginger, chilly, salt, chick pea and mix it with hands without water.

2. Then add water, little by little and mix well to form a medium thick paste.

3. Heat oil in a wok, drop little batter using spoon(i used hand),fry till golden and crisp.Drain and continue the process.

4. Serve hot with tea.
