Banana Shake



I had one banana which was too ripe to eat...so tried this recipe....



Banana-1 no
Chilled Milk-3/4 cup(increase or decrease according to the thickness required)
Boost-1 tbsp
Sugar-1 tsp(add more if needed)

Method of Preparation:
Cut the banana roughly and blend it along with milk, boost and sugar to form a medium thick yummy shake...

    @Jayasree and Cook from Doha: This is not sharjah shake as far as I know for sharjah shake we use small bananas and ice form of milk....and the color is creamy as boost will be very less..Used to have it everyday eve after my classes and that shop owner used to make it so..I have used the normal Robust kind here..
