Now to the recipe...
Yam/Chenna-1 cup(cut to small cubes)
Mustard-1 tsp
Oil-2 tbsp
Dry Red Chilly-2 no
Salt to taste
Coconut-1/4 cup(grated)
Curry leaves few
Water as needed
Method Of Preparation:
1. In a wok heat little oil, Sputter the mustard and red chilly.
2. Add yam along with 1/4 cup water and cook it.
3. When yam becomes tender add salt and see that there is no water in it.
4. After that add grated coconut and mix well.
5. Serve with white rice.
