Cauliflower Fry

A fry that goes as a good side for rice....Its quite simple...You need some time to fry it...To maintain the crispness I added corn flour(just mix it...dont coat it)...I have also done it without that and was yummy...We like it either way...

Cauliflower Florets-2 cup(cleaned)
Salt to taste
Chilly Powder-1nd 1/2 tsp
Corn flour-1 tbsp
Ginger-Garlic paste-1 tsp
Water little-2 tbsp(max)
Oil to fry

Method Of Preparation:
1. Mix all the ingredients with little water ,except oil and keep aside for 15 to 30 min.
2. Heat oil in a wok, when hot, drop little amount of florets and fry till crisp on low heat..Drain and continue the process.
3. Serve with rice.
