Pineapple Kichadi

1. Pineapple finely chopped-1/4 part
2. Green chilly spilt-2 nos
3. Turmeric powder-1/4 tsp
4. Salt to taste
5. Sugar-1/4 tsp
6. Coconut grated -1/2 cup
7. Cumin seeds- 1/2 tsp
8. Curd- 1/4 litre
9. Water to cook
For seasoning:
1. Coconut oil- 1tsp
2. Dry Red chilly-2 nos
3. Mustard-1/2 tsp
4. Curry leaves- 1stalk

Method of Preperation:
1.Cook ingredients from 1 to 5 with water.When pineapple is cooked,if excess water let it get absorbed then remove from fire.
2. Grind coconut and cumin seeds finely and add that to cooked pineapple.
3.Heat oil and statute the ingredients one by one and add to the curry.
4.To this add the curd and keep on flame for sometime.Just for the curd to get heated.
5.Serve it with rice.

1.If you want it thick add reduced amount of curd.
2.Add sugar if pineapple is not too sweet.
